Yesterday I left my smokes here at work. I wanted to see how I would react.

Wasn't as bad as I thought. After I got home from the studio I wanted a smoke. So I drank my glass of milk and took my shower. Then I started to cook. Backed potatoes with chili! MMMMM good stuff. After I ate I really wanted a smoke. So I called my girlfriend and told her I was hurting. She talked me down a little and then we talked about other things. Great support!
